NAMI Frederick is an all volunteer organization and we need help to expand our programs, outreach and advocacy. Whether it's helping with community outreach events, creating social media posts, teaching classes, leading support groups, distributing brochures, posting flyers, helping with fundraising initiatives, or joining our steering committee to lend experience and guidance, we need caring people with a desire to help promote mental health to join us. Help us make a difference in people's lives.

NAMI provides free training to volunteers and our volunteers tell us they appreciate the opportunity to give back to NAMI and/or being able to help others in need.

NAMI Maryland will be hosting NAMIWalks Maryland in Frederick County this year and we will need volunteers to help with the event. Please reach out below if you would like to help.
