We need your help!
NAMI Frederick is an all volunteer organization and we need help to continue to expand our mental health education and support programs, outreach and advocacy throughout Frederick County.
Whether it's helping with community outreach events, creating social media posts, teaching classes, leading support groups, distributing brochures, posting flyers, helping with fundraising initiatives, or joining our steering committee to lend your experience, guidance and voice, we need caring people with a desire to help promote mental health to join us. Help us make a difference in people's lives.
NAMI provides free training to volunteers and our volunteers tell us they appreciate the opportunity to give back to NAMI and/or being able to help others in need.
NAMI Maryland hosted NAMIWalks Maryland in Frederick County this year and it was heartwarming to see some of our longest serving volunteers come out to support the event. Thank you all for being such a tremendous help to NAMI and the Frederick community.
